Position Opening: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time)

📍 Location: Centennial, CO (South DTC) | Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth)

InnerWoven Therapy is excited to welcome a compassionate, skilled mental health therapist to join our growing private practice as a part-time therapist.

We’re an independent, well-supported team dedicated to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care. Over 50% of our clients identify as Asian (including first, second, and 1.5 generation AAPI, multiracial individuals, and more). Cultural competence is a core value of our practice, and we warmly welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

If you're passionate about meaningful, long-term work with adolescents and/or adults—and are looking for a flexible, supportive clinical home—we’d love to hear from you.

Who We Are

InnerWoven Therapy specializes in:

  • Depression, anxiety, and other mood or personality concerns

  • Perinatal mental health

  • Trauma, adverse childhood experiences and attachment-based issues

  • Culturally responsive care, including:

    • First- and second-generation immigrant experiences

    • Multiracial individuals

    • Transracial adoptees

    • Family of origin challenges

    • First-generation student support

We value depth-oriented therapy while integrating evidence-based modalities like DBT, CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic approaches. We are primarily a private pay practice, but we strongly value accessibility - as such, we accept a few scholarship funds, are in-network with Aetna, and our providers generally offer reduced rates when appropriate.

What We Offer

  • Flexible scheduling and hybrid (in-person/telehealth) options

  • A steady, diverse referral stream

  • Furnished office space in a warm, professional setting

  • Easy-to-use, client-friendly EHR

  • Administrative and clinical support

  • $200 annual CEU reimbursement

Preferred Availability

We’re currently prioritizing candidates who are available to work in-office during late afternoons/evenings, Fridays, and/or weekends. Telehealth hours may be completed from home, provided the environment is HIPAA-compliant. Current clinical needs include interest in perinatal mental health (support and training may be covered by the practice), supportive therapy, and culturally relevant mental health care. Licensure that allows you to be a PsyPact provider is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide culturally sensitive individual therapy to clients with diverse presenting concerns

  • Maintain accurate, ethical clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold high standards of care

Compensation

  • Competitive percentage-based pay, dependent on experience and licensure

  • Compensation based on collected client fees

Required:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s degree (MA/MS) in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family, or clinical counseling

  • Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance
